By adhering to the provisions outlined in this document, both you (the Buyer) and LEXHAIR (the Company) enter into a mutually beneficial agreement that serves as the foundation of our professional relationship. Together, we are partners in creating your ideal hair product, and we look forward to a long-term collaboration.

INTRODUCTION

By purchasing products or services from LEXHAIR, the Buyer consents to the terms outlined in this agreement (the “Agreement”). This document supersedes all prior discussions, representations, and agreements between the Buyer and the Company regarding the sale of goods and services.

The Buyer is expected to review this Agreement both prior to the initial consultation and before any transaction is finalized. By completing a purchase, the Buyer acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of all the conditions contained herein.

PAYMENT POLICY

TOTAL PAYMENT The Buyer agrees to remit full payment (100% of the product price) in a single installment after receiving thorough consultation. This payment includes taxes and applicable shipping fees. By proceeding with the purchase, the Buyer confirms responsibility for their purchasing decision and acknowledges that all sales are final and non-refundable.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

The Buyer affirms that:

  • All provided credit or debit card information is accurate and valid.
  • Any charges incurred will be accepted and honored by the card issuer.
  • All fees (including applicable taxes and service charges) will be paid at the prevailing rates.
  • No cancellations or disputes will be initiated on the payment method during the processing period of the order.

Any unauthorized reversal, chargeback, or dispute will constitute a breach of this Agreement and may subject the Buyer to legal action as per the Dispute Resolution section.

ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION: 24-HOUR REVISION PERIOD

For pre-orders, the Buyer is entitled to:

  • Modify product type or quantity.
  • Cancel the order in full.

Refund Eligibility:

  • A full refund (100%) is permitted if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours from the confirmation of final payment.
  • After 24 hours, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be entertained.

Once this 24-hour window expires, the transaction becomes binding and irreversible.

SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING & DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Processing Duration: 6 to 30 business days depending on order volume and hair quality.
  • Estimated International Delivery Time: 3 to 10 business days during normal seasons. Extended timeframes may apply during holidays, but will not exceed 60 days under any circumstances.

LEXHAIR collaborates with leading international couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx) to ensure reliable shipping. Tracking details will be emailed to the Buyer within 4 to 7 business days from carrier pickup.

SHIPPING FEES & CUSTOMS DECLARATION

  • The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties.
  • Return or repair-related shipping fees are also the responsibility of the Buyer.

All shipments are labeled as “Synthetic Fiber/Synthetic Hair” to avoid customs complications, even though our products are made from 100% natural human hair. By submitting payment, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to this declaration and forfeits any claim related to how the shipment is labeled for customs purposes.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be provided via email or chat. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the tracking system to reflect activity. If no updates appear, it means the shipment is still in transit to the next processing center.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

The Buyer is responsible for verifying their shipping details before finalizing the purchase. LEXHAIR cannot be held liable for misdeliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If the Buyer initiates a change or forwarding request with the shipping provider after the order has left our facility, LEXHAIR bears no responsibility for any resultant loss, damage, or theft.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All LEXHAIR hair products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under normal circumstances.

If an item is received damaged, it may be repaired under the guidelines outlined in this Agreement. Any item not claimed or collected by the Buyer within three (3) months from the notice of completion will be forfeited and deemed the property of LEXHAIR, with no refunds granted.

COMPENSATION & REFUND VIA PAYPAL

We may accept compensation or refund requests for items severely damaged due to our fault, provided the issue is reported within 3 days of receipt. Resolution is subject to review and mutual agreement.

Buyers must submit clear and convincing proof (photos, videos) to demonstrate product defects. LEXHAIR reserves the right to reject claims lacking sufficient evidence.

Refunds will only be processed once we receive the returned item in its original, untouched, unused, and untampered condition.

Buyers are responsible for returning packages directly. All fees related to transactions, shipping, and customs are to be paid by the Buyer.

LEXHAIR is not liable for damage caused during return transit or for lost returned packages.

Customized items (products not listed in our catalog or custom-made per customer’s request) are not eligible for returns, refunds, or compensation.

Orders cannot be canceled once payment is completed.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Step 1: LEXHAIR provides the return shipping address, phone number, shipping method, and any special instructions. 

Step 2: The Buyer shares clear videos and images via WhatsApp showing product condition and quantity. 

Step 3: The Buyer provides a tracking number from the shipping provider. Step 4: LEXHAIR confirms receipt of the returned package.

COLOR, STYLE & QUALITY DISCLAIMER

LEXHAIR guarantees 80-90% similarity in hair texture, style, and color compared to photos or videos shown. Variations may occur due to lighting, environment, or the natural behavior of human hair.

Each wig is a handcrafted, customized item requiring significant effort. Slight color changes or style shifts may occur over time, especially due to weather or natural oxidation.

Buyers acknowledge and accept this variability as inherent to using real human hair. Any alterations or restyling requested after three (3) months from delivery may incur additional charges under our Product Warranty policy.

SHIPMENT ISSUES & INCIDENTS

LOST PACKAGES

If a shipment is declared missing, LEXHAIR requires 3:30 days to conduct a thorough investigation with the shipping carrier.

Refund Policy for Lost Packages:

  • If the carrier confirms successful delivery with proof, no refund will be issued.
  • If the carrier admits fault (with written confirmation from DHL/UPS/FedEx) and the shipment was insured, LEXHAIR will process a refund.

Buyers must cooperate in the investigation process, including calling or visiting shipping offices as needed.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEMS / MISSING PRODUCTS

If you receive incorrect, damaged, or incomplete items, you must record a video while opening the parcel for claim eligibility:

  • The unboxing video must show the package being opened in one continuous take.
  • Still images or incomplete videos are not accepted.

Claims submitted without proper unboxing footage will not be eligible for refund or return consideration.
